Delivery and Returns Policy
We offer free delivery on all orders within the united kingdom. Delivery may take up to 3-4 days. We use fully tracked delivery and therefore the courier may require someone's signature upon delivery.
Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have dispatched your order.
Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse monday to friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on saturday or sunday.
International Delivery
1. Worldwide Shipping We currently deliver to over 40 destinations worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday. (Please note: We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.)
2. Delivery Times & Costs

European Orders: Sent via Standard Delivery. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days.

International Orders (USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of World): Sent via Standard International Service. We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days.

3. Important: Customs Duties & Import Taxes Please be aware that all orders shipped outside the UK are sent on a "Delivery Duty Unpaid" (DDU) basis.

Buyer Responsibility: As the buyer, you are fully responsible for paying any import duties, customs taxes, or local charges levied by your country. These fees are charged by your local government, not by StyleAloud.

Refusal to Pay Charges: If you refuse to pay the customs charges and the parcel is returned to us or destroyed by the courier, StyleAloud will not be responsible for a refund. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Check Before You Buy: We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Please contact your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.
4. Currency & Exchange Rates: All purchases are processed in British Pounds Sterling (£). If you are paying with an international card, your bank or credit card provider will determine the currency exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
5. Missing or Delayed Parcels: While we aim to deliver within the stated times, international shipping can sometimes be subject to delays due to customs clearance.

If your parcel has not arrived, please allow 15 working days from the date of your dispatch email before contacting our customer service team. This allows time for the parcel to clear local customs networks.
Problems with Delivery
If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days.
To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.

You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout.
Please ensure that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been placed.
Lost / Damaged parcels
In the unfortunate event your parcel has been lost or damaged by our delivery partners, please contact us for further investigation. We will submit a claim on your behalf to our delivery partner for the lost or damaged parcel. When the claim is accepted, you will be issued with a full refund including the delivery costs. Please note, a claim with our delivery partners can take up to 28 days.
Orders requested to be left in a safe locationInternational Delivery
If you wish to have an order left in a secure, safe location you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request.
Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that any orders left as requested by yourself in a safe location is at your own risk and stylealoud will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.
Working days
A working day is referred as monday to friday. Saturday, sunday and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Orders placed on saturday, sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
Delivery areas in the UK
We deliver to uk mainland, ireland, highlands, channel islands and all uk offshore islands but currently we regret we do not deliver to bfpo and po box addresses.
Return & Refund
Returns Policy: Unlike many other retailers, we offer our customers complete peace of mind with our returns policy.
1. Change of Mind / Not Suitable: If you change your mind about your purchase, please notify us or return the item within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds: We will refund the full price of the returned items.

Please Note: Since our Standard Delivery is Free, we do not refund the extra charges for Express or Next Day Delivery if you selected this upgrade at checkout.

Return Cost: For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. Please use a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Condition: Items must be returned in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original barcode tags and labels intact.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: All our products are quality checked and contain the appropriate brand's logo to distinguish them from fakes. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We will cover the return postage costs for any items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
3. Processing & Conditions

Please allow up to 3-4 working days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive the return.

With regret, we cannot accept a return if a suit has been washed, shrunk, or clearly worn. Items must be in an "as new" condition.
