We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery may take up to 3-4 days. We use fully tracked delivery and therefore the courier may require someone's signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days however over 80% of orders are delivered the next working day. Jewellery & Accessories

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, and in compliance with UK consumer regulations, we strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges on any pierced jewellery (including earrings and jewellery sets containing earrings).

For all other jewellery items (such as necklaces, chokers, and bangles), returns will only be accepted if the item is entirely unworn, in its original pristine condition, and returned in its original, unopened packaging. If there is any evidence that the item has been worn, or if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with, the item will be deemed non-refundable and returned to the customer at their expense.

Returns Policy: Unlike many other retailers, we offer our customers complete peace of mind with our returns policy.

1. Change of Mind / Not Suitable: If you change your mind about your purchase, please notify us or return the item within 14 days of receipt.

• Refunds: We will refund the full price of the returned items.Please Note: Since our Standard Delivery is Free, we do not refund the extra charges for Express or Next Day Delivery if you selected this upgrade at checkout.
  
  
• Return Cost: For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. Please use a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

• Condition: Items must be returned in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original barcode tags and labels intact.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: All our products are quality checked and contain the appropriate brand's logo to distinguish them from fakes. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

• We will cover the return postage costs for any items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

3. Processing & Conditions

• Please allow up to 3-4 working days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive the return.
• With regret, we cannot accept a return if a suit has been washed, shrunk, or clearly worn. Items must be in an "as new" condition.
