We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery may take up to 3-4 days. We use fully tracked delivery and therefore the courier may require someone's signature upon delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days however over 80% of orders are delivered the next working day. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have dispatched your order.

Return & Refund

Returns Policy: Unlike many other retailers, we offer our customers complete peace of mind with our returns policy.

1. Change of Mind / Not Suitable: If you change your mind about your purchase, please notify us or return the item within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds: We will refund the full price of the returned items.Please Note: Since our Standard Delivery is Free, we do not refund the extra charges for Express or Next Day Delivery if you selected this upgrade at checkout.
Return Cost: For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. Please use a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Condition: Items must be returned in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original barcode tags and labels intact.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: All our products are quality checked and contain the appropriate brand's logo to distinguish them from fakes. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We will cover the return postage costs for any items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

3. Processing & Conditions

Please allow up to 3-4 working days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive the return.
With regret, we cannot accept a return if a suit has been washed, shrunk, or clearly worn. Items must be in an "as new" condition.
